YK-XZ01 Pallet Wrapping Machine
YK-XZ01 is a battery-powered mobile self-propelled pallet wrapping robot, specially developed for warehouses, logistics yards, factories with limited fixed station space and heavy immovable pallet loads.Different from traditional fixed turntable wrapping machines, this unit moves autonomously around stationary pallets instead of rotating goods on a turntable. It adopts PLC intelligent control + photoelectric height sensing, 300% high pre-stretch film carriage and DC driving system.Equipped with rechargeable lead-acid batteries, the machine can work continuously for 8 hours after full charging, freely moving to any pallet position for wrapping without forklift transferring heavy cargo. It automatically detects pallet height, adjusts wrapping layers up & down, and completes tight, uniform LLDPE film bundling for carton stacks, chemical barrels, hardware pallets and bulk cargo.Compact body design saves factory floor space; no fixed foundation installation required. Widely applied for large, overweight cargo that cannot be transported to fixed wrapping stations, ideal for multi-area shared packaging operations. It passes CE mechanical safety certification and supports OEM customization of wrapping height, film tension program and battery capacity.
