MR19/R19 pneumatic friction-weld strapping tool

The MR19 (double welding points) / R19 (single welding point) is a handheld pneumatic friction welding tool specially engineered for cotton bales, fiber bundles, and compressed goods. It works with 13–19mm PET/PP straps, relies on 0.5–0.8MPa compressed air, and features friction hot-melt welding (no metal buckles). Designed to pair with hydraulic balers, it only handles welding (no tensioning/cutting) for high-pressure cotton packaging.
